5/6/12 – Sheet rock is hung, mudded, and ready for wall paper, tile is going down in the bathrooms, bathroom sinks, toilets, and sinks are all ready for installation; paint is bought and ready to go on the walls… it is coming together!  Thank you for support, prayers and encouragement…KEEP IT UP!

5/5/12 – We frequently hear misinformation about the ‘aging out’ teen.  His Kids Too! now has 2 foster homes ready for occupancy for orphans/displaced children 10-18+, we *think* we have foster parents for this placement, but we need funds to underwrite the project.  If your heart is for the teen orphan, please consider a monthly sponsorship of a teen, house parent, or the project.  For very little you can impact a life. 4/4/12 – We are at the stage of needing interior items for the new Community Center.  The building will need everything from smoke detectors (10), towel bars (25), ceiling fans (10), sinks (8), toilets (8), complete kitchen utensils/pots/pans/dishes/linens, to  interior doors, curtains, flooring, dining room tables, chairs, picnic tables, and much more.  We would LOVE to have some things donated and shipped from the U.S. (non-electrical items since UA is on a 220 system), to tax deductible donations provided to purchase in UA.  Contact us for complete details.

2/10/12 – We are excited to announce that the siding on the building is complete!! Now we are working on the interior.  Please consider a trip to lend a hand.  Our travel is flexible, please contact us for more information.

2/06/12 – Prayerfully seeking employees for the Community Center.  Lord please bring us servants, ready to out reach this community, and the funding to ‘run’ the center.
2/06/12 – The underlying need is funding for: present houseparent (bottom line, is that we can’t care for aging out orphans, if we don’t have the funds to do this); funds to ship or purchase aid for orphans; willing workers to travel to Ukraine to work on completing the community center – It about 75% complete, but needs interior finishing work.

11/29/11 – Please consider a tax deductible gift to off set the rising costs in Ukraine.  This project will impact thousands of ppl in this poor community. We will offer everything from organized sports, to free movies, to Bible classes, and Sunday services.  Missionary housing also is available to church groups.

10/12/11 - Sponsor for our new HOUSE PARENT, she arrives in mid November, and we are in need of $200. monthly that will go directly to her for expenses.

10/12/11 – A huge need, but we serve a HUGE God, we met with a woman whose sister is battling breast cancer (no such a thing as health insurance in Ukraine), she has 4 treatments, and they have been able to pay for 3 of the treatments, but the 4th, they as asking for assistance.  The cost is $3500.00 for the specific medicine she needs (we checked it all out, and she indeed does need this, and they are NOT asking for money, but for us to purchase the medicine, which we found in Kyiv for 1/2 the cost of Donetsk prices.  If you are able to help, please send a tax deductible donation and earmark it ‘for Sveta’.
